To access the e-connect portal you need to be a registered user. To register please go to the “register new user” box at the lower right corner of this page and create a username and a password. To facilitate registration, please have a current statement at hand since you will be needing your **customer number, location number** and **the exact name appearing on your statement** to complete the registration process. Each time you log in to e-connect you will be asked to enter your username and password. Three consecutive unsuccessful log in attempts will lock your account. To reset your account, please go to “forgot your username” or “forgot your password”, whichever is applicable.
